Response to the Coronvirus Outbreak
The well-being and safety of our residents, guests, and staff are our top priority. As we closely monitor the evolving coronavirus outbreak, we have implemented ongoing measures to ensure the health and safety of everyone at The Falls.
We are currently following state and local guidelines. All office staff members are required to wear masks and surfaces are wiped down regularly.
We ask that all guests and residents call ahead to request an appointment prior to visiting the office. This is to ensure we have limited people in the building and to reduce wait times. All office visitors will have their temperature taken prior to their appointment and be required to wear a mask.
Guests have the opportunity to tour our community in-person or virtually. You can visit with limited assistance from our staff or have a leasing agent walk you around our community. Let us know your preference when requesting an appointment.
