Pet Friendly Living Mission

Cats and dogs 50 pounds and less are always welcome with a limit of 2 pets per apartment. At The Falls we know how important it is as pet owners to provide a quality lifestyle for your pets as well as yourself, so feel free to visit our online concierge desk for a list of pet care centers and clinics in our area! Some breed restrictions do apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information on our pet policies.

• Pet fee-$250 for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets
• Pet rent-$25 / month for 1 pet and $35 / month for 2 pets
